ADADK Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Adadk website located at www.adadk.com, any Adadk-branded mobile or web applications, and any services, features, content, or functionality made available through the website or application (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and by Adadk’s Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.

For the purposes of these Terms, “Adadk,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Adadk and its affiliated entities. “You” and “your” refer to any individual or legal entity accessing or using the Services. “Adadk Products” refers to all Adadk hardware, software, applications, and related services. “Content” includes all text, graphics, images, logos, designs, software, audio, video, data, and other materials made available through the Services.

You may use the Services only if you have the legal capacity under the applicable laws to enter into binding agreements and are not prohibited by applicable law from using the Services. Use of the Application must also comply with the terms and policies of any applicable mobile application store or platform provider.

Adadk’s total aggregate liability arising from any claim related to the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Adadk for the product or Service giving rise to the claim.
